- Hi, my name is Theresa and I live in Ohio. I have been married for 21 years and my husband and I are the proud parents of 2 sons, Clayton, 19 and Colin 17. We also have 2 dogs, a 12 year old Dalmation named Polly and a 2 year old black Lab named Daisy. We also have 2 cats, siblings named Casey and Jimi. We have lived in this area our whole lives. I work for Premier Health Partners in Dayton Ohio, my job title is Managed Care Collector, basically, I help to collect money for 3 major hospitals in the Dayton area. I love my job and love the people I work with--they are the best. I have many friends across the United States thanks to the internet. I'm a pretty laid back person and consider my life to be boring, but I like it that way.
